Sewertronics Certified Liner + Resin
Approved liner + resin combinations – optimized for curing with Sewertronics equipment. Sewertronics has worked with a variety of resin and liner manufacturers around the world to test and obtain approvals for their products. All the offerings below guarantee a strong, durable, and long-lasting cure using a Sewertronics system.
RSM
Resin –
- UP Polyester Resin
Liner –
- SpeedyLiner – Factory-impregnated fibreglass reinforced liner that is suited for all circular and oval profiles of DN 150mm to 300mm.
- Magma flex – a glass reinforced, flexible liner that specialises in relining where several changes in diameter are present. It is capable of lining through multiple 90 degree bends wrinkle free in DN 50 to 450 mm.
This IKT Leak Test Approval is for Felt and Magmaflex liners.

Scott & Fyfe
Resin –
- AlphaLite UV Resin – low viscosity, highly reactive UV curing resin based on either vinyl ester or methacrylate ester that offers low-shrinking, styrene free curing.
Liner –
- AlphaDuct – seamless glass textile liner suitable for 50% diameter changes & lining through multiple 90 degree bends without any wrinkling
Scott & Fyfe have completed DiBT testing and are pending DiBT Certification.
Culimeta
Resin –
- UV-VE resin system
Liner –
- VitriLiner – Seamless glass fibre liner that is factory impregnated with the above SFVE resin and a shelf life of up to 3 months. Suitable for diameters from 100 mm to 250 mm, dimensional changes of up to 50 mm and bends of up to 90°.
Trelleborg
Resin:
- RayCureUA – reactive 1 component resin that is optimized for gap free installations, offers practically no shrinkage and bonds with most common host pipe materials.
Liner:
- Thermoliner Stretch
- Thermoliner Plus
- VitroFlexx – Triple layered, knitted E-Glass hose with polyurethane coating, available from DN 70 to DN300.
Trelleborg have completed DiBT testing and are pending DiBT Certification.
Brawoliner
Resin:
- BRAWOLR – Styrene free vinyl ester resin optimised for use with the BRAWOLINER. Offers low odour during installation, high abrasion resistance, and durability over 50 years.
- BRAWO LR – pigmented light-curing epoxy resin that provides an optical check due to the coloured resin. Styrene free and low-odour resin that has high abrasion resistance and permits a positive fit in the old pipe, with no penetration or infiltration of water behind it.
Liner:
- BRAWOLINER – Seamless textile liners built for the rehabilitation of small diameter pipes; suitable for pipes with bends up to 90° and 1 dimensional change. From 50 to 250 mm (2” to 10”)
- BRAWOLINER 3D – Seamless textile liner built for dimensional changes; built for defective pipes containing multiple bends up to 90° and 2 dimensional changes. Variety of diameter ranges, allowing for rehabilitation from 70mm to 400mm. Available pre-impregnated from DN 70 – 225.
